Why did you become a Student Ambassador?
I became a Student Ambassador in order to connect more with my campus and fellow students. The Ambassador community offers me to make new connections not just amongst ourselves but also to work together to foster the same connection in the student body as well.
Campus Involvement: I am part of the Neuronal Networks and Interfaces Research lab and CV Honors program and its Peer Mentor program. Additionally, I volunteer with the Comet Cupboard.
What has surprised you most about yourself since starting at UTD?
I started to take more initiative in joining organizations and taking on leadership opportunities. UTD has many types of clubs and organizations to allow everyone to find something they are passionate about on campus.
