Why did you become a Student Ambassador?
UT Dallas has given a lot to me in terms of lifelong friendships, intellectual growth, and self-discovery. I want to give back by fostering connections within the collegiate body and showcasing the university’s unique opportunities and culture to the broader community.
Campus Involvement: Student Government, 180 Degrees Consulting, Medical City Dallas Volunteers Club, Service Dogs in Training, Innocence Project of Texas
What has surprised you most about yourself since starting at UTD?
I realized that I absolutely cannot live without animals, so I help train service dogs on campus and also volunteer at a farm. Plus, I discovered that I’m quite a scrappy cook!
