Why did you become a Student Ambassador?
Witnessing others’ joy brings me a deep sense of fulfillment, and I knew that joining Student Ambassadors would allow me to be part of countless memorable moments for students here at UTD. From Oozeball to Ring Day to Commencement, I wanted to contribute to something larger than myself—helping ensure students enjoy every aspect of their campus experience.

What has surprised you most about yourself since starting at UTD?
Reflecting on how much I’ve grown fills me with gratitude. I began as a shy student, often struggling with imposter syndrome, but along the way, I’ve discovered so much about who I am as an individual. I’ve learned it’s okay to be unapologetically myself—to dance around campus, to love wholeheartedly, and to show up with confidence in every space I enter.
Favorite UTD Tradition: Oozeball!!
